Radiant element with limiter - 1200w (element)

The 6” radiant cooking element with limiter fits under the glass cooktop and supplies heat to the cooking area. If your element is not heating, you can test the element for continuity with a multimeter. If the element doesn’t have continuity you will need to replace the element. If it doesn’t have continuity it is suggested to check the element switch because it could be defective and need to be replaced. This element is 1200 watts and is a genuine OEM part. The manufacturer suggests making sure the cooking element is cooled before starting the repair. Please remember to disconnect the power to the appliance before starting the repair.

Bake element - 3400w (element)

This 3400-watt bake element has screw style connections. The bake element is located on the bottom of the oven cavity and supplies the heat for baking. If your oven is not heating evenly, element will not heat, or there is little to no heat when baking, you may need to replace the element. When replacing the element make sure to hold the wires forward so the wires do not fall back through the rear of the oven. This is a genuine OEM bake element. Please remember to disconnect the power to your range before you start your repair.

Mounting stem/tub seal kit (sub 22204012)

This tub seal helps prevent any leaking around the tub and the shaft of your washer. If your washer is leaking you may need to replace the seal. The tub seal is located on the bottom of the outer tub, in the center where the transmission comes through to connect to the agitator. This is a genuine OEM part. This 3-coil 5500 watts heating element with housing is used to produce heat to dry the clothes in your dryer. The heating element is strung with a coiled wired. The wire receives, but resists a controlled electric current causing the wire to heat up to dry your clothes. If there is no heat or it is taking too long to dry, you may need to replace the heating element. Check for a blown thermal fuse or thermal cut off. This is a genuine OEM part. Please remember to disconnect the power to the dryer before starting the repair.
